With over two decades of experience in supply chain and manufacturing leadership, he has successfully led digital transformation, supply chain resilience, and operational excellence initiatives across international operations. Holding a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering, Dr. Tseng combines deep analytical expertise with extensive practical experience in supply chain innovation, sustainability, risk management, and organizational leadership.
