Kenneth Lim is Head of NTU Shared Services. In this role, he is responsible for leading NTU's administrative operations (Human Resources, Finance, Procurement, Technology and Student OneStop). Kenneth has over 23 years of procurement experience and had both experiences managing procurement for outsourcing (at Accenture) and within organisations taking on procurement roles in Singapore, Dubai UAE, Shenzhen and Hong Kong. Kenneth joined NTU in 2022 where he is currently responsible for the delivery of a 200+ resource team.
