Michael Lecomte is an accomplished supply chain leader with two decades of experience managing complex operations across Europe, the Middle East and Asia. He has held senior roles in global companies such as ECCO or COTY, overseeing end-to-end Supply Chain, Logistics and Sourcing functions. His career spans a variety of industries, where he has led regional and international teams, driven operational improvements and supported large-scale transformation initiatives. In addition to his corporate roles, Michael shares his expertise in supply chain strategy and operations with professionals and students  in several universities around the world.
