Rai brings over 20 years of procurement and supply chain experience. Before joining PLDT and ePDLT, he was the Regional Procurement Head for APAC and EMEA in Citibank and held senior procurement roles in Accenture and Toyota.

He was the recipient of the Philippine Institute of Supply Management (PISM) Gawad Sinop - Procurement Excellence Award and teaches Supply Chain Management at University of Makati.

He has a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Mapua Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from De La Sale - Graduate School of Business.

He has an international Diploma in Supply Chain Management from International Trade Canter, Switzerland and a Certified Professional in Supply Management from Institute of Supply Management, United States.
