Lt.Col. Tongkarn Kaewchalermtong, Ph.D., is President of ITS Thailand and Chairperson of the Transportation and Logistics Working Group at the ASEAN Federation of Engineering Organizations (AFEO). He serves on the Board of Directors of the ITS Asia-Pacific Forum and the International Programme Committee of the ITS World Congress. He also contributes to transportation engineering and international affairs at the Engineering Institute of Thailand. Dr. Kaewchalermtong is active in environmental sustainability through FEIAP and lectures in Civil Engineering at Chulachomklao Royal Military Academy. He is also Vice President of the Intelligent CCTV Association and has held leadership roles with ASCE-TIS.
